Claudette (personal) is a private assistant used only by its owner. The only Google account it connects to is the owner's own.
Data it accesses
- Gmail, read-only (
gmail.readonly): message headers and contents, to summarise mail and flag urgent items. - Google Calendar (
calendar.readonly,calendar.events): events, to list the day's schedule, and to create an event only after the owner approves that specific event.
How it is used
- Only to give the owner summaries, alerts and calendar help in a private Discord server that only the owner can access.
- To produce summaries, message content is sent to AI model providers (Anthropic and Google) through their APIs. It isn't used to train their models.
- It isn't sold, shared with anyone else, used for advertising, or read by people other than the owner.
Storage
Data is processed on the owner's own computer. The assistant keeps short summaries and a list of handled messages there, not copies of the mailbox. Access tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Claudette's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections. Removing it stops all further access. Locally stored summaries are deleted on request.
